Breaking it down, plain and simple
Staying here was a delight! The huge garden area is perfect for relaxation, and the friendly hosts make you feel right at home. Clean rooms, strong WiFi, and only a 10-minute walk to downtown. There's coffee available all day which is a nice touch! I would definitely revisit this lovely place.

the room was comically basic—just a fridge, a bed, and an old air con. it’s as if they’re competing for the most boring design award with their ugly green walls and hard pillows. after all that, i expected a complimentary drink, but no such luck. i almost thought this place could have gotten a good review, but i just couldn't.

Our stay was enjoyable, with spacious rooms and a lovely garden that made for a peaceful retreat. During our trip, we visited Ajaw Chocolate & Crafts, which was a fun experience for the kids. The staff were always accommodating, even helping us navigate our tour schedules.
My wife says that a small play area would be great for the kids.

Just a suitable option for a short break in San Ignacio with very good value for money. The hot shower was a real plus after a long day of hiking. Maybe consider bringing your own snacks, as the options around are limited.

Excellent location with a beautiful garden, plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, and abundant wildlife. The fridge was a welcome addition, and the staff's willingness to assist greatly enhanced the experience. Could use more options for in-room amenities, though.

I appreciated the attention from the staff who were always nearby to help without being overwhelming.
